Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime, right from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, so your review page and QR code stay fully usable until then. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

Payments are charged in advance for the period they cover. Because each billing period is fully used as soon as it starts, we do not offer refunds for partially used periods. If you're unhappy with reviewpot, cancel before your next renewal and you won't be charged again.
