Reviewpot helps businesses collect feedback and draft Google reviews. This page describes what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Businesses provide a name, category, city and Google review link. Customers who submit a review provide a rating, selected topics and optional detail text; we never ask reviewers for personal details. Businesses may also send product feedback from their dashboard; it includes their account email and message.

What we store

To prevent abuse, we store a one-way hash of an IP address when a customer requests a draft. Dashboard feedback is emailed to our team. We do not store draft text or count page views yet.

Who sees it

Drafts are submitted directly to Google by the customer. We never sell or share review data.
